Swami of the Swamp

I am at my wits end. I have an English Bulldog named 'Dawg' and for the past eight or nine months he has been acting strange. I don't understand what could have happened. It all started after my family and I took a vacation to Florida. On the way down we decided to stop off in Gainesville and see 'The Swamp'. Since we don't play in that stadium it was the only opportunity I would ever have of seeing it, and showing it to the family.
When we arrived at Disney World my wife and kids started acting strange and they bought some Gator shirts, hats and a few other things. It seems that that short visit converted them. We have to keep it a secret up here...you know living in Georgia and all.
Well Dawg has not been himself. I always take him to the home games at Georgia and people just love to come up and pet him and get their picture made, but this year has been different. He stays in my daughters room and snaps and the Georgia fans.
I'm at a loss. Can you help me Swami?

Dawg is suffering a common problem we see in many mascot type animals. They either travel to Mecca (Gainesville) or see The Gators on TV and have a sudden change of heart.
Dawg is upset because you bought everyone Gator attire except you and him. He isn't really concerned about you, but he yearns to be accepted.
I suggest you take Dawg and rename him. Then get him some Gator clothing and take him back to Gainesville and have his picture made with his idol.
Trust me. Dawg will feel better and life will be more bearable.

I took your advice and bought Gator (Dawg's new name) a gator shirt. Then we took him to Mecca and asked him who he wanted his picture made with. He took us right to the spot. I have enclosed a picture of Gator for you.
